Returns Policy

At Sleep Serenity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward returns process to help you get the support you need.

1. Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Not a final sale or clearance item, as these products are non-returnable.

3. How to Return Your Product

If you'd like to return your item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at yoursleepserenity@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorisation: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Package the Product: Carefully repackage your product in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the Product: Once you have the RA number, send the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalised products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Opened or used bedding products (such as pillows, mattresses, etc.) for hygiene reasons.
